Yes. All of the Bromothane™ products and their ingredients have been reviewed under the auspices of the Significant New Alternatives Program at the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection. The E.P.A. has made it's final ruling and approved these cleaners for the marketplace. This approval is restricted to the metal finishing industry, electronics manufacturing and precision cleaning.
So, it is legal and appropriate to use Bromothane™ products for precision cleaning applications.
