Which Type of Bromothane™
Should I Choose for My Application?

Defluxing -- The first choice for defluxing must be Bromothane™ E. The cleaner works great, dries fast and is extremely versatile. Bromothane™ E is optimized for use in vapor degreasers for electronics. This is a great choice for electronics.

Degreasing -- For degreasing, nothing beats the cost-effective performance of Bromothane™ S which is tailored to remove organic contamination.

Particulate Removal -- To remove particulate, finings and other non-soluble debris,  Bromothane™ E is your optimal choice,although Bromothane™ R would be a good choice for customers already using an nPB-based cleaner. . Great cleaning at an affordable price -- it can't be beat.

Carrier Agents -- The Bromothane™  solvents are excellent carrier fluids. In general, carrier fluids are solvents which are used to deliver a thin coatings on to a part or a surface to either protect or to lubricate that surface. Normally Bromothane™ S is used in this application, but these can be very complex applications so don't hesitate to contact Micro Care for more details.
